Christians have been charged to show dedication and commitment to the service of God while alive.
The Catholic Priest incharge of At Joseph Parish, Isiozi-Akah Njieaba L.G.A – Imo State, Fr. Isidor Igwuegbe who gave the charge while delivering a sermon at the funeral service of late Mrs Stella Nwachukwu said God’s purpose for creating man is to serve him.
He emphasized the need for them to serve God with sincerity, with their wealth, strength, might , in Spirit and in truth in order to obtain favour, blessings and reward from God.
The Catholic Priest who commended the life and times of Late Ezinne Stella Nwachukwu, described her as a devout Christian mother who loved God and his work even on sick bed and enjoined her children and other Christian faithfuls in the community to emulate her and ensure that the work of God prospers in the parish and beyond.
On his part, the Founder of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Dr Boniface Aniebonam who described the deceased as an epitome of truthfulness and hardwork ,urged all to live a very simple but hardworking and honest life.

Dr. Aniebonam who was represented by the Chairman, Board of Trustee, NAGAFF Chief Chidiebere Enelamah further admonished all to love their neighbours as well as train their children in the way of the Lord God ,so that when they grow old, they would not depart from it.
“We should live a simple life, we should try to love our neighbour, we should at the same time be hardworking because this was a woman that was love her husband but lost him at her tender age, but single handedly trained her children. In anything we do, we should try to bring out our best and if you do that, of course, you will not regret it.

In his tribute to his late mother, Prince Ignatius Nwachukwu said his mother lived a life of emulation, who was hardworking, dogged, fearless, outspoken and above all a Christian woman.
According to him, “my mother, Ezinne(Mrs ) Stella Ijeaku Nwachukwu was the mother of motherless, voice of the voiceless, fighter of the oppressed and leader in all ramification. She will always say the bitter and painful truth no matter whose ox is gored.
“Mama was a devote Christian, had serious fear of God and practiced her Faith in consonance with the golden rule as taught by our Lord Jesus Christ. She participated actively in all church activities at all levels from parish,Deanery and Diocese”, he added.
Late Mrs Stella Ijeaku Nwachukwu is survived by her children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brothers, Sisters , others including Prince Ignatius Nwachukwu, Board member and Chairman, Ethics and Discipline, NAGAFF.
